Please see Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion#Images/media criterion 3. Images licensed for non-commercial use, educational use, or Wikipedia-only use are not permitted and any that were uploaded after May 2005 are deleted on sight. [3] gives some of the reasons behind it. Any image where we could reasonably expect to have a free alternative created does not qualify for fair use. (Please see Wikipedia:Non-free content#Policy #1).

Wikipedia has mirror sites like ask.com and about.com that mirror our content and run ads. So even if the copyright holder gives you permission to use it on Wikipedia, that wouldn't allow it to be used on those third parties and these sites have no way of knowing or understanding that the images are only licensed for Wikipedia.

In order for us to use the image, your college will need to release it under the GFDL, into the public domain, or under another acceptable free license. Spam in Kathmandu Engineering College

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Kathmandu Engineering College, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Kathmandu Engineering College is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Kathmandu Engineering College, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page.
