Changes/Edits:

1. The very first paragraph needs to be changed to: ProSight Specialty Insurance is a property and casualty insurance company that focuses on select niche industries, deploying underwriting through multiple distribution channels including: select agents, ProSight Specialty Insurance Brokerage, and a direct to consumer platform, ProSight Direct. Based in Morristown, NJ, ProSight has regional offices in Los Angeles, CA, Petaluma, CA, Alpharetta, GA and New York, NY. ProSight is rated “A-” (Excellent) by A.M. Best and backed financially by affiliates of Goldman Sachs Capital Partners and TPG Capital. 2. The “Company History” section needs to be changed to: In 2009, Joseph Beneducci founded ProSight Specialty Insurance. In 2010, Goldman Sachs and TPG Capital became financial investors. The same year, ProSight acquired NY Magic, and the following year TSM capacity rights to Lloyd's Syndicate, establishing global capabilities. In 2014, ProSight was featured on The 2014 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private American companies, ranking 3,204 with a $443.5 M revenue in 2013. ProSight debuted its in-house brokerage, ProSight Specialty Insurance Brokerage, LLC, in 2017 [1]. The brokerage currently works with over 100 retail brokers and directly with customers. In 2018, ProSight announced the launch of ProSight Direct [2], a direct to customer platform. ProSight Direct’s inaugural offering is DJ Insurance, but the company expects to expand to other small business professionals. 3. The “Products & Services” section needs to be changed to: ProSight’s products and services concentrate on niche markets including:

5. Can an “Awards” section to be added to include:
