Yup - I think that's the Italian judicial system though. He's not considered a flight risk, nor charged with a serious crime, so he gets bail (or released on recognizance). They've got a REALLY odd system over there! Maybe a better way is to say 16 months which is suspended during the appeals process. Ravensfire (talk) 19:05, 16 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
