Kenneth Beaumont papers

Hi, i've just been starting off a cleanup of topics relating to aviation law and came across this article. It's a good read, just a shame it lacks references.

Because the details you would have used to compile the article are from private papers which are not in the public domain, no citation of this information would actually be possible. I have been looking around, and have not been able to find anything substantial that can be used to corroborate this information. Has any biographical works about the subject been created, or is there anything in your countries national archives which could assist in referencing the material?
