Sorry, but generally the subpage is created before it is added to the list of AFDs, which is why I thought you might have forgotten. Also, nominating a page for speedy deletion is different than normal, but I don't think a non-notable place falls under any criteria, so you might want to change you vote to just Delete, but that's your choice.
