If you have websites for your source documents, including those would be appreciated. I see that you refer to SANEs as "she". Are there no male SANEs? If there are, a gender neutral pronoun might be better. There are a few too many quotes. When including quotes, a good question to ask yourself is whether a quote conveys necessary meaning beyond that which could be conveyed through a textual description. With the website URL's, my sources came from subscriptions through my college's library database, so without the subscription they would not be able to read the article my information comes from, should I include the URL anyways just for citing purposes?
