Issues with the UFOlogy article

Hey, I was talking about *everyone* spamming the talk page, not just you. Sorry if if that came across as arrogant. Its ok for you to show dissent for about content in wikipedia (its good to have people's opinions on the content) but there are general rules to follow. So if you have problems with the content, its best to discuss the content, and not attack the people so much. There are rules for how things are done. So for instance, if you believe the article says UFOLOGY is a pseudoscience, and that's not true, you need to link to an article (which is a reliable source) that says that. If there are enough articles, then the article would be changed. But we need to see articles that support your comments. Dear Deathlibrarian, Thank you, this is really friendly of your part. Me too, I want to apologize, you are right. Sorry! - Obviously the subitem "Protoscience" in the main-article on Ufology is missing. And you are right: There is a need for a reliable source. So I will eventually start searching for it - or even better write an essay to be published in one of these peer-reviewed magazins (e.g. by reference on Kuhn, Mack, Vallée, Jung, Pauli). There's still a lot to do to get things right. Best regards, Rüdiger

No problems there Rüdiger, Wikipedia can be frustrating at times, and there's a lot of rules that are not obvious to new people coming in... its unfortunately quite complicated, but I guess considering it's open source content, that anyone can edit, there needs to be rules to keep the quality of the content up. Ultimately, we all just want to make it better and improve content. It's an area I'm very interested in, so let me know if you are going to put something in if you like, I'd be happy to assist. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. How ridicule is this (here), and this sound really arrogant (here) are assumptions of bad faith that, if they continue, are likely to result in you being topic-banned or blocked.
