Orphaned non-free media (Image:Stinkface.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Stinkface.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 18:59, 7 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please do not change sourced information as you did to the Stinkface entry. Also, do not remove citations. This is considered vandalism. Nikki311 23:31, 18 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Nsmiley.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 06:01, 27 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Stop removing sourced information. If you have a source that says different things than what's on the page, then cite it. But in the interview, he states that they are no longer together so stop removing it. (MgTurtle (talk) 03:25, 4 January 2008 (UTC))Reply

Paul Burchill

edit

Please stop removing the "citation needed" tag for Burchill dressing up as the pirate for Edge's celebration. If you have a source, add it, but otherwise please the leave the "citation needed" tag alone. Thank you, ♥NiciVampireHeart22:43, 18 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Again, please stop remving the citation needed tag. There is no source provided, and therefore no evidence that it actually happened, hence the citation needed tag. Add a source, or leave the tag alone. Thank you, ♥NiciVampireHeart19:41, 22 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
In regards to proof, you need to provide a direct link to the source, and add it to the article. There is no source in the article saying that he was the pirate, and I do not have the time or patience to go hunting throught the entire "wrestlingtalk.net" site looking for a link. Until the time that you provide a dircect link to the source, the "citation needed" tag stays. Thank you, ♥NiciVampireHeart16:26, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
Actually if you looked at the message you originally left me you just said "Wrestlingtalk.net reports". You did not leave a direct link, until you just left the third comment, and I really don't appreciate your attitude. Also the link needs to be added to the article; you can't just say you have a source and remove the "citation needed" tag. You add the source to the article, and then removed the citation needed tag. I will add the link to the article, as you seem to be incapable of doing do. Thank you for your time and trouble. ♥NiciVampireHeart19:54, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi QWE. Why this edit? Please contribute to a talk page discussion about it, rather than continuing the edit war. Thank you. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 18:20, 15 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

UFC 117

edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. If the edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - you are the same user as the IP. Final warning. Paralympiakos (talk) 22:05, 10 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

I've blocked this as it's an infrequently used account that was used today to bypass semi-protection at UFC 117. SlimVirgin talk|contribs 22:47, 10 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
