Help with the submission

I hope all is well. I don't understand why I have been tagged for deletion. I was not advertising and simply stated a division of Qualcomm as well as the products and services offered, just as I saw with the following article.

Wikipedia states the following rule and I think that we followed those rules: Articles about companies and products are acceptable if they are written in an objective and unbiased style. Furthermore, all article topics must be third-party verifiable, so articles about very small "garage" or local companies are not likely to be acceptable.
