Conflict of Interest

Please read Wikipedia's guidelines on COnflict of Interest. Your edit to the QDI article appears to be the type of material appropriate to a brochure or investor prospectus, not an Encyclopedia. In addition almost none of it is sourced to reliable independent secondary sources. -- GreenC 00:40, 14 November 2014 (UTC)

Once again you are editing your own article and doing so in a way that removes sourced material replacing it with unsourced material that is clearly designed to market your company. If you are unable to follow the Wikipedia guidelines it could become a PR problem for your company. It already is, since the edit history now shows a Conflict of Interest account attempting to edit their own article. -- GreenC 18:01, 6 January 2015 (UTC)

Conflict of interest in Wikipedia

As your name indicates you are an employee of the company, you have a COI of a special type, namely a paid editor. We have a "bright line rule" that paid editors should not directly edit articles. All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. As noted above, Wikipedia's Terms of Use require disclosure of paid editing. You do not have to give any private information (our policy on WP:OUTING individuals is strictly enforced) but you must disclose the relationship, like "I work in investor relations for Quality Distribution. There are regulatory issues here, with regard to laws about advertising. Our "bright line" rule protects both the integrity of Wikipedia and companies who unintentionally would run afoul of these laws by turning Wikipedia articles into promotional pieces. So please disclose your relationship with Quality Distribution on your userpage (here User:QDIIR) and on the article Talk page. And again, please stop editing the article directly. Thanks.
