It was deleted by User:Danny to whom I will give the benefit of the doubt, so policy dictates that recreations of it need to be deleted. Your best recourse is to discuss it with Danny on his talk page, as it's his call. editThis account has been blocked as the recreation of a previously blocked user; users exhibiting similar patterns (obsessive interest in the deleted article Joel Leyden, stalking/harassment of User:Danny, etc.) should be blocked on sight as additional sockpuppets.
