Flagging Army correspondence course program for further review edit

Hello, Promotional … I recently encountered the article about Army correspondence course program and in my opinion, it either does not verifiably satisfy the Notability criteria for one of the following guidelines for inclusion on Wikipedia: Academics, Biographies, Organizations and companies, Fiction, Films, Music, Schools, Web content, or it may violate the Conflict of interest guideline, or perhaps it violates a copyright.

I am considering tagging Army correspondence course program (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) for deletion according to the Deletion policy … I do not have time to examine the article in depth at the moment, and it may improve over time, in which case this warning was premature.

I have created this initial entry on your Talk page because you are either the original author of the article, or else a recent contributor to it; I will leave more detailed information regarding my specific concerns about the article on its Discussion page … please respond either there or on this Talk page, instead of on my Talk page, in order to avoid fragmenting the conversation.

Be sure to read Ownership of articles, and remember that Some Other Editors (including at least one administrator) may not share your opinion about the notability of the article's subject.

I do not mean to imply that your contribution is unappreciated … perhaps you should read Starting an article … and remember, there was a time when I knew less about how Wikipedia works than you know right now, and I am always available to help you become a more proactive contributor.

To better understand why I have used this template, please read Flag templates for deletion warnings ... I realize that some of the expressed possible concerns may not be appropriate in this case. Happy Editing! — 72.75.110.31 (talk · contribs) 19:27, 30 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

10,000 words to add, please be patient ... edit

Hi, not sure if you are a bot or a real person, but I have around 10,000 words of text I need to edit and add to this page. Please be patient with my efforts, as this is a long-term effort. Thank you. Promotional (talk) 16:16, 1 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please use a sandbox (like this user) ... then move it from User space to Article space when it is finished, or at least label it as a {{Stub}}. — 72.75.110.31 (talk) 16:53, 1 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Read this first edit

Before doing all that work, make sure you read the "issues" template so your work doesnt go to waste. This site doesnt mean you can add anything. There's criteria for adding stuff. This is not an advertising site or "free space" for my page. Read this: Wikipedia:Notability --Matt57 (talkcontribs) 16:43, 1 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Army correspondence course program edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Army correspondence course program, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Article lacks sufficientWP: Attribution for WP:Verifiability of the WP:Notability criteria.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
