I am not sure what the point of "closing" this is, other than by all means removing the errant template movereq. When you have the article ready you can move it yourself, now, but you may want to ask first, not at WP:RM, though, but at WP:NCHD. Speedy deletion nomination of User:Projectmbt/new article name here

A tag has been placed on User:Projectmbt/new article name here, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion.
