Hey there! If you haven't found a policy for baseball cards yet, I'd guess there isn't one. It more has to do with the various copyright laws in regards to pictures; fair use is what most of them would fall under. Some of the older ones may be in the public domain because of their age, in which case they can be used in any manner. There are enough player biographies on this website that not every player has the luxury of a photo (so far)--simply because there are so many articles and not as many editors. Personally, I think baseball cards would be a great addition to quite a few pages, and I would also love to see it happen. To get a more widespread opinion from the baseball contributors, I'd recommend posting here.
