Firstly I want to say that I dont mind if we run another RFC. I think the one we have is fine, but this one is better. Thanks Prioryman for putting this together.

I think it would be better if User:Prioryman/GA RFC 2 is included in the same RFC page. Irrespective of whether they are on different pages or not, we can still enforce the rule that only people who respond to the first section have suffrage to answer the second section. While I can see all the hard work you put into this, I think it is just too long and confusing and may not produce meaningful results. When things are too long and scattered about, people don't both to read the things that they should. I think that most people who voted for the last proposal wouldn't touch this because it is just too overwhelming to consider.
