If an image/logo is copyrighted, you cannot make derivatives out of it and/or upload such in another license (e.g. free license). You can upload it as long as its the original image and the usage is "fair", meaning it abides the policies in Wikipedia (see Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria). Hope that helps.
