Russian language newspapers

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Russian language newspapers fits the criteria for speedy deletion for the following reason:

This is not a list of Russian language newspapers as the title suggests, but an article about Predvestnik, which has essentially the same content.

Proposed deletion of Predvestnik

The article Predvestnik has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Seemingly non-notable and short-lived journal and my searches fond nothing better at all. Notifying Wikimandia who may have some Russian insight although I again doubt this ever got much attention considering its four-year history
