August 2020 edit

Hello, I'm Suneye1. I noticed that you recently removed content from S. P. Balasubrahmanyam without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hi Sunny. I removed a mention of Vikatan awards which seemed tacked on/over/ahead the other awards (more important state awards etc.) This seems like an effort by corporate interests to somehow add their bit in a person's bio-graphy. If you get an Oscar and a Du-point awards...clearly oscar has more weight age. That is why I removed the vikatan part. On SPB predominantly working in Tamil industry...we all know better. SPB belongs to all however he worked in Telugu more than anywhere else. So I edited the article to give equal importance to all languages with Telugu as a forerunner as this is SPBs mother tongue, his debut language and where he started his career

Hi, You need to provide reliable sources for your changes on Wikipedia, otherwise it would be original Reseach. - SUN EYE 1 17:50, 14 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Wow! The current article literally has random stuff in the name of citations. Please verify that first before you demand any other sources. Unsure as to what has triggered this. I have already mentioned the reasons for the edit. Precisepie (talk) 18:05, 14 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
