Request reason:

I stand convicted of having a SPA used for meatpuppetry. User talk:Brandon notes than an SPI report was filled by User:ResidentAnthropologist. Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Porfiry Petrovich deux/Archive revealed that the accounts in question were "unrelated" and neither sock puppetry nor meatpuppetry occured. User talk:Brandon acknowledges that my actions didn't meet the definition of meatpuppetry. On User talk:Brandon, User:Brandon notes that he "was not using the word in the sense of centralized action, just in the sense of multiple accounts acting in unison." I contest that the two accounts acting in unison was collaboration by two editors. I used the discussion page to discuss potential changes and my edits conformed to the WP:NPOV requirement of WP:BLP. I submit that there is no evidence that meatpuppetry occurred. In addition, specific reasons for being blocked were not provided by User:Brandon over and above the reasons that I begin my appeal with.Porfiry Petrovich deux (talk) 01:38, 22 June 2011 (UTC)

Decline reason:

Per reasoning below (Love your username, though in the current circumstance it's a little ironic). — Daniel Case (talk) 14:25, 22 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Your actions most definitely meet the definition of meatpuppetry. Two accounts simultaneously being created and only used to edit a single article both meet the duck test and the definition of a single purpose account. If you honestly are here to be an editor and don't feel you fit the definition of a single purpose account I'm willing to unblock your account if you accept a binding editing restriction not to edit Rick Ross or any related articles.
