Police WP on WP, not IRC

Daniel, I see you have now blocked this page as a vandal account. I don't actually see any vandalism - I suspect it is a known editor just afraid to say what he thinks openly on Wikipedia - that should be a cause for concern rather than blocking. Giano, the account is a single-purpose one used to vandalise archives, operated by a banned sockpuppeteer who is currently (?) appealing to the Arbitration Committee. I'd say the block is as solid as they come, with all due respect. Daniel (talk) 10:09, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
