Some advice

edit

Dear Poleev, You seem to be having some problems getting started here on WP. I strongly advice you to start reading some of the guidelines and policies that were included in the "welcome" template (you have erased it, but you can find it back in your history). In general, it is not a good idea to start editing articles with which you are somehow connected. It is much better to start with other subjects, to get "the hang" of things here. If you continue to delete maintenance templates of AfD discussions, all that will happen is that you will find yourself blocked from editing Wikipedia. Please have some patience, first try to understand how things work here. Don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page if you need advice. --Crusio (talk) 16:41, 16 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

  • PS: instead of blanking the AFD discussion, a better strategy is to write there your arguments why you think this article needs the notability guidelines, especially those for academics. --Crusio (talk) 16:43, 16 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
