Project help
editSplits can be fun, and I enjoy doing them too, but there are plenty of other articles that need work at this time. I've got a number of projects I'm working on that could use help, especially in writing copy, and there are many more pages that need expansion. Let me know what type of editing work you enjoy doing, such as doing research, writing copy, adding specs information, and so on, and I'm sure we can find some work for you to do.
I have my projects listed at User:BillCJ#Sandboxes, and you are free to look them over, and see if you'd like to help on them. I'd rather you tell me what you'd like to do on them first before contributing, as I have specific things in mind for them. Several of them are splits from other aritcles, such as C-23 Sherpa and General Dynamics RB-57F. In addition, the current Sikorsky S-69 is very short, and also covers the "Sikorsky X2". I have material from several sources in both the S-69 and X2 sandboxes that need to be combined and rewritten, but that's one of my least-favorite tasks, so it may take awhile. The Sikorsky S-72 page is also short, and I'll be expanding it too. Anyway, just look around, and see what looks interesting to you, and let me know if you'd like to help. - BillCJ 02:59, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
Page move
editPlease don't move user talk pages to nonsense titles, as you did with User talk:Nweinthal. NawlinWiki 20:24, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
An exciting opportunity to get involved!
editAs a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 03:50, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
