Cumulative Meta-analysis??

Cumulative Meta-analysis article is contentless, and basically, what I should do is to suggest a speedy deletion of this article. You have added a link to it on Meta-anslysis as well, which should be removed. But prior to performing all this, I would like to know if you have a special idea by creating this article.

Please respond here, or on my talk page by Monday. Otherwise, I will continue with a speedy deletion of the Cumulative Meta-analysis article.

Interwiki links to nonexistent Chinese pages

Please stop adding interwiki links to nonexistent articles on Chinese Wikipedia. This serves no useful purpose, wastes people's time, and will just be later removed by the interwiki link bots anyway. Owen× ☎ 14:53, 16 October 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for your reminding. I like to comment on this rule of Wikipedia. Add a nonexistent Chinese pages is just for remind me/others to edit it later. Otherwise, people will have no initiative to modify the item and I will just forget it.

I doubt that Interwiki links to nonexistent pages will prompt anyone to create those pages. If the only purpose is to keep a reminder for you, I suggest you create a list on your own User page as you have been doing so far.

If you really want to prompt people to work on an article, the best way is for you to start a one or two line stub, and categorize it under the proper stub category. This way, people will see it show up in the category page, and are more likely to work on improving it. Owen× ☎ 12:56, 19 October 2010 (UTC)

Hi, I'm not sure if you're the one who initiated the writing of said article back in 2007. I did the translation into Traditional Chinese version last year, and now am conducting the editing of the translation. I'd like to ask a favor of you, or anyone, to get me the citation for "Several different models have been developed across the country to attempt to address the problems, such as more recent, local, community-based programs.
