Hi. I removed your external link from the Portland article as I did not feel it met the criteria for external links set in the policy Wikipedia:External links and Wikipedia:NOTLINKS. If every interest group in Portland added a link to their website the article would become unmanageable. If you think your link complies with the above policies, then by all means add it back.
