Hi! Long time Wikipedia user, new contributor. My interests include 20th Century European history, World Wars I and II, aviation, economic history, and American and German politics. My first pages to author will be about German military "Fortified Areas" (Feste Plaetze) and "Fortresses" (Festungen) in 1944-1945, an area of special personal and academic interest.
