The language below is so opaque to me that I really don't understand what you're trying to say, or to whom it is directed--or if this is the appropriate way to reply, or if any reply is indeed necessary. Could you please clarify, or advise if such a request is or is not appropriate under Discussion?

In any case, I can assure you that this is an un-copyrighted photograph in the public domain that I submitted from my private family files.

However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not.
