Electoral commission of namibia

Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) is an independent body which oversees and ensures free and fair elections in our democratic country. Secondly, it governs how political parties and voters should behave during elections if they are to exercise their constitutional rights with neither fear nor intimidation. Furthermore, it educates voters how to democratically cast their votes.
