Martins' Meadow edit

Hi Paul,

Thanks for adding some info to this article. I've added in some refs from Natural England and redone the ref from the SWT site as the urls seems to have changed. I've tweaked the info slightly and removed a quote from the second paragraph - and replaced it with one from the SSSI unit assessment. If we're going to put things in quotes we need a reliable, third party source to work from (and it's also possibly a slightly easier quote for a regular reader to understand...).

I've also linked in the SSSI citation and created a redirect page for Monewden Meadows. I suppose that either Martins' Meadows or Monewden Meadows would be a legitimate name for the article btw. I've no obvious preference so I'll leave that to you to make a call on. There also seems to be a whole pile of different figures for area given for the site - SWT website says 4ha, other sites associated with it say 3.7ish and the SSSI citation says 3.29 (and the unit report 3...). I've gone with the 4 for now - but I'm happy to accept any figure you prefer - you should be able to see how the convert template works! Do you happen to know if the SSSI units cover the whole area of the reserve btw? That might explain some of the differences.

Thanks again for your edits and I look forward to more - not just on this reserve I hope (I've been on a bit of along term mission to improve general SSSI articles in the county). Blue Square Thing (talk) 21:18, 15 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
