Really don't think it should be - created by the company I work for the owner of the company is happy for it to be used but would prefer the company to be cited if it is used. Is that not the correct usage of the CC licence I selected ?

It could be correct, but who knows? We need an email from the company, which is the actual copyright holder, sent to the address given near the end of WP:COPYREQ authorizing it to be released under that license, which needs to be named in the email. Be sure the implications of the license are understood. On WP:PUI you said, "Company happy for this to be Free to reproduce."
