Good use of citations and references to enhance the article's reliability, the more the better. One idea to consider to improve the organization of the article is to make more focused sections and subheadings. By this I mean you can make the lead in biography of Arne Naess more concise, going into brief detail about why he was known, and then expand in a subsequent section. For example, a specific section with a heading like "Deep Ecology Movement" can be created using the information in the second paragraph of the lead in where his role in the Deep Ecology movement is described. Another example is creating a main heading such as "Personal life" and then have subheadings about his family and other personal pursuits. Also, organizing his career into subheadings for his early work, main accomplishments as a philosopher (Philosophy section) and then later work could be useful. Just some suggestions to consider, hope it's somewhat helpful! Jshusain (talk) 01:18, 15 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your contributions have no doubt improved the article. However, the introduction should be properly labelled and the philosophical section would do well to include what Arne Naess described as the philosophical aspects of the deep ecology movement. He outlines eight points in his book about deep ecology, these reveal a lot about his own philosophies and beliefs. Background information -such as influences, family and employment- could have been grouped under the same heading. You could have also included a section on who he influenced, Vandana Shiva draws heavily from his work and would have been a good example. The length of the article is reasonable, but references to his works and further readings would have been helpful. Overall, good job. Mta.crk (talk) 18:38, 30 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
