Speedy deletion of Go meat edit

A tag has been placed on Go meat, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

Thank you for your message. First of all, welcome! I'm glad you're here to help expand Wikipedia. Second, the reason that your article was deleted was because it didn't meet criteria according to wikipedia's notability policy for songs. You will want to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's notability, verifiability, and what Wikipedia is NOT policies. It may seem like a lot to read, but these policies are only some of what administrators and experienced users base their judgment off of when they look at new articles. You may want to consider going through Wikipedia's tutorial if you're completely new to the website. Please update my talkpage if you have any more questions. ~Beano~ (talk) (contribs) 01:35, 29 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Since the song is from a commercial from a company, it would probably be best placed in the company page, rather in it's own page. You could consider putting the links you put on the go meat page in the external links in the company page. It would be safe there. Remember to label it this way: [URL NAME] (notice the space between the URL and the name). Please update my talkpage if you have any more questions. ~Beano~ (talk) (contribs) 02:55, 29 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
