Please read carefully WP:NACADEMIC. At present the draft does not demonstrate notability. He is on the right track, but without major fellow membership or awards he is not there. For instance neither the Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellowship nor the UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship are high enough.
