Is the content added neutral? I would take away the "interestedly enough" mainly because in my articles talk page someone had their words critiqued for saying something along that lines and just add it in a different way
add onto why it sparked great debate in the UK with the contagious diseases act - or I feel a citation is needed because it seems out of place
Tone and balance evaluation Good added content, I would add in or continue the information given with the original article as well and maybe include why one side thought it was a "great social evil" and the others thought it was not right

Is all new content backed up by a reliable secondary source of information? yes Check a few links. Do they work? yes highlights bottom Sources and references evaluation good sources as far as I could tell - only thing is maybe finding newer sources? I know thats really hard as I have trouble with that as well 1980 is the newest source and added a new one could add more credibility
Organization Guiding questions:
Is the content added well-written - i.e. Is it concise, clear, and easy to read? Where it says one of the events that inspired a lot of talk, I would explain what the talk was. To the reader it does not flow to what the talk is about, Im guessing it is the public talking about the different acts but it could be made clearer
Is the content added well-organized - i.e. broken down into sections that reflect the major points of the topic? you could wiki link a couple of things to make the big paragraph more "wikipedia like" (does that make sense?) instead of just having citations cross wiki link in the article. For example this could be done with the contagious diseases act - there should be a wiki article on it according to google. This would just help the article overall. Same with Lock Hospital
Organization evaluation - organization could be expanded upon and touched up. Just reading it aloud made it seem a little jumpy to me but this is also just a rough draft

Has the content added improved the overall quality of the article - i.e. Is the article more complete? yes
What are the strengths of the content added? a lot more information that helps the reader understand victorian prostitution
How can the content added be improved? just adding more and fleshing out the added information
Overall evaluation interesting article! was the book we used in class a source, I feel like the info in this article goes along with the one activity where we guessed the book and title
