Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Catlin Upton, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Catlin Upton was previously deleted as a result of an articles for deletion (or another XfD)

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Catlin Upton, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. speedy

Reviewing this, it seems to have been deleted under speedy, and therefore does not qualify as G4, re-creation, according to WP:CSD, which only applies to deletions via XfD--(it was repeatedly deleted as Caitlin Upton under both criteria non-notable, A7, and attack, G10). In my opinion, it certainly is a BLP violation, and I am thereforedeleting it yet again as an attack page. Please do not re-create it. The proper course if you wish to appeal is WP:DRV, but I do not think it will succeed. Four different administrators have now agreed on deleting this material.DGG (talk) 16:04, 28 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Leaving comments on other editor's talk pages

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, we remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on User Talk:DGG. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. You left an unsigned comment on an another editor's talk page accusing him of vandalizing your article Caitlin Upton. He deleted that article as part of his duties as an administrator, therefore that deletion is not vandalism. I suggest you read his comments and the recommended links for further information on Wikipedia's policies, for example this one on deletion policy and this one on deletion review, then request a review of the article's deletion if you wish. If you don't understand something, look here for help, or if all those resources don't address your question, you can place this tag {{help}} here on your talk page and write the question right under that tag. Thank you. — Becksguy 04:58, 29 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
