editWow you did a great job explaining fair market rents! I like how you spent a lot of time analyzing the criticisms of studies on fair market rents and that contributes a lot to the balance and neutrality of the subject. Perhaps the only criticism would be to try to find more sources outside of huduser.gov even though that seems to be a very good source. Your section seems very complete maybe just add another case study if you can find one from another source. Nice job!
