The Article draft so far does a great job of explaining exactly why groundwater pollution in the central valley is such a big problem in just a few sentences. The Bibliography is good. All sources re reliable and can be verified if needed. The content covered so far is completely neutral. Explaining how certain metals in the environment are harmful to both animals and people. I would say since there aren't that many sentences presented right now. Try working on adding individual sections next. The first two sentences can act as the lead section and everything else can further discuss the impact these types of metal have on the environment. Along with adding sections for things like the history of this problem along with regulations and standards.
