Request reason:

Well I am glad you can at least see that my CONTRIBUTIONS were all either constructive or INTENDED to be constructive where I made mistakes. Quite honestly there is nothing to explain. No policy or guideline says you cannot make fatuous summaries, or that you even have to have a summary at all - it just HELPS when there is a genuine one. You additionally have no grounds on which to assert that I am "not here" when it would appear that every one of my edits shows that I am most definitely here to build an encyclopedia. Apart from the fact my last 2-3 edits didn't have silly summaries, you have blocked me for neither violating the policy and nor have you demonstrated that I am potentially a liabilty.
