AN/I Notice

edit

There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Off-wiki canvassing, 'investigating' of AfD participants, at DRV. Thank you. DÅRTHBØTTØ (TC) 20:40, 29 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

I am so sorry-- I somehow carelessly put this on your user page. Please accept my apology. DÅRTHBØTTØ (TC) 21:01, 29 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
No problemo. Forget it.--OlivierAuber (talk) 14:49, 30 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Don't accuse editors of assault

edit

As I said at ANI, I don't know what happened to Michel Bauwens but physically attacking someone because of their views is never justifiable. But it's also ridiculous to suggest any editor at the AFD was responsible for the any act of violence against Michel Bauwens. Please don't make such suggestions again. Especially since if you had any actual evidence, you should go to the police since that's where the matter should be dealt with not on Wikipedia nor on Facebook. I did not accuse. I just made a little investigation in order to understand if the simultaneity of the deletion of the P2P foundation article, the ban of Michel Bauwens'IP, and the assault he experienced elsewhere, had any common cause. Apparently not and I'm happy with that.--OlivierAuber (talk) 16:15, 2 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
