Mr. Morrow, on the Military History of Black Americans page you state "I am a firm believer that if we (African American) don't tell our stories, we shouldn't expect others to do it." I am on the Board of Directors for the Citizens Support Organization for the Olustee Battlefield Historic State Park in Florida. Mary Fears, a member of our organization, is a retired librarian who has taken it upon herself to pull the Afro-American community into participation in Civil War events. She is currently working with with a video company to produce "Filling the Gap," a movie about blacks during the Civil war. She crosses the state doing living history of blacks during the Civil War and has received extremely favorable reviews for her efforts.
