Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Diaw and Skinner.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 04:45, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Fabio image

edit

Same for the wonderful Fabio Lanzoni image. You need to give information about who took it, when, and so forth. If you weren't the person who took the image, you need to prove the image owner gives permission for others (not just Wikipedia) to reuse it. The easiest way to do that is to have that person send an email to permissions (at) en.wikipedia.org saying they release the image under a free license: public domain, Creative Commons attribution, or attribution share alike are the most common. --AnonEMouse (squeak) 14:47, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Regarding edits to Boris Diaw

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Boris Diaw do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\bfacebook\.com' (link(s): http://photos-b.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-sctm/v129/84/54/1022580017/n1022580017_15241_5726.jpg) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. an image or a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file.
Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! SquelchBot (talk) 02:52, 29 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:Diaw Skinner.jpg

edit

The file File:Diaw Skinner.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused personal photo. Out of scope.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 23:52, 22 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
