No, what I meant is, you cannot move your article, because you need to wait 4 days AND have at least 10 edits (see Special:Contributions/ODigitali, "edits" just means "contributions"). You have been here for more than 4 days, but have less than 10 edits. But your article is not ready to be moved. By the time you have added citations and made it ready you should have reached 10 edits or more. It still needs work, in terms of notable, independent, reliable sources.

A good note, or reference, in one that is non-promotional, independent, and talks about a company from a non-routine perspective. Newspaper articles, magazine articles, reviews, reports, documentaries, etc. Don't just put references at the bottom, put them in line.. so we get reference numbers like this:[1][2] scattered throughout the article, supporting each point,[3] claim,[4] fact,[5] figure,[6] date,[7] etc - it allows readers to verify[8] the article. The page IGD SIIQ has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be blatant advertising which only promotes something, and which is unlikely to be suitable for an article (or at best would need a fundamental rewrite). Wikipedia is not a medium for promotion of anything, whether a company, product, group, service, person, religious or political belief, or anything else. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please don't post press releases to Wikipedia. NawlinWiki (talk) 14:48, 6 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
