Notability problems; this article may be deleted

edit

A tag has been placed on Nyjil, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person, group of people, or band, but it does not indicate how or why he/she/they is/are notable. If you can indicate why Nyjil is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Nyjil. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that admins should wait a while for you to assert his/her/their notability, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and then immediately add such an assertion. It is also a very good idea to add citations from reliable sources to ensure that your article will be verifiable. --ais523 13:10, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

Instead of writing an article, why not put this information in your userpage (User:Nyjilgeorge1), where you can write about yourself? It's much less likely to be deleted there than if it's in the space reserved for encyclopaedia entries. --ais523 13:10, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

I had to remove most of your edits, that appeared to be advertising in the article

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Aagneyam.gif)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Aagneyam.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 06:33, 16 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for Image:Aag arrow Logo 2007.gif

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Aag arrow Logo 2007.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 12:05, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

Duplicate images uploaded

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:AAGNEYAM MEDIA 2007.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Aagneyam media logo 2007.jpg. The copy called Image:Aagneyam media logo 2007.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 12:17, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
