Regarding Jakarta MRT

Hello Vukky. Thank you for helping on vandalism on Jakarta MRT. The information on standard gauge network is unsourced and in the real life, the company itself hasn't stated about what gauge will they use. But this anonymous user constantly, persistently bring the information that Jakarta MRT's East-West line will use standard gauge since last year. I noticed that this user always be an anonymous while editing looking at the page's history with ranges of IPs beginning with 111, 139, 122, and Wikipedia is not a crystal ball thus the material he/she wrote can be challenged. My fellow Indonesian editor had already written a section on the page's talk page and is requesting editors to discuss the matter. At first I thought if it's possible to lock the article from being written by anonymous user, because blocking only IP addresses won't work much if the user changes their IP address. There are some reverts made by previous editors and administrators but he/she always comes back reverting the edits and adding the unsourced materials. I'm waiting for your kind response.
