Hello. I am proposing a new section be added to the SPA article, and I want to get some feedback/consensus from multiple users so that it is neutral. My major concern is that often users (especially in AfDs) are tagged as SPAs when they don not meet the definition of an SPA. I would like to add a section that spells out when tagging as user as an SPA is and is not appropriate, while still leaving some room for judgment calls.
