You have made a few edits to Kish Khodro without referencing the changes. If you can find a reference to suggest that BMS were not involved with the design and development of the Sinad, that would be great. Numerous references (the few in English anyway) confirm that the car was developed with an external consultancy, which is not uncommon for new and smaller companies, and in this case, probably why they ended up in a 9% share of the company.
