replacing seals with maps

edit

Can you do all the counties that had the seals removed? --Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) 16:43, 5 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

They look great, maybe even better than the seals which were so small you couldnt see the detail. Now we have to add the following, at the bottom of each template (see below). Right now there is no category for the templates. Do you think some of the pages are getting too crowded with infoboxes? I was looking at Manhattan and their are 5 boxes, each a different color and size.

My only question with the maps is that the fact that they are much higher than they are wide elongates the size of the template, only taking up more space on the page. I'd love to figure out a way to justify using the seals or to improve the look of the maps. Additionally, while I disagree with the logic of removing the seals from the templates (they looked fantastic, even if they weren't completely legible), calling the person who removed them a "vandal" and an "asshole" is not a great way to get started with Wikipedia. I enourage you to stay involved with Wikipedia and to remember that this is a community, even if you disagree with someone or their actions. I invite you to join Wikiproject:New Jersey, a loosely-organized network of people like yourself looking to expand the details and fill in the holes about all things New Jersey-related.
