Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to 2014 Kunming attack may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s and 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Warning regarding editwarring at 2014 Kunming attack

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion

Inappropriate tagging

Please do not add inappropriate tags to Wikipedia articles such as the {{globalize}} tag you added to Hanfu. A traditional form of clothing does not and cannot have a world view because it is related specifically to the Far East.  Philg88 talk 08:01, 11 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for September 14

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Dopo (clothing), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chinese. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

December 2016

Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Hanfu. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks!   Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to 2017 China India border standoff. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. —MBlaze Lightning T 09:56, 11 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at 2017 China India border standoff shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

You are way over 3 reverts. You need to stop asap. Kautilya3 (talk) 19:02, 11 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Some stroopwafels for you!

Hi, I appreciate all your editing on the current standoff. Even if we don't always agree, your content has been generally good. Please keep it up and don't get disheartened by edit wars that happen now and then! Kautilya3 (talk) 17:13, 12 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring, as you did at Hanfu. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 10:57, 12 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Hanfu movement, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Manchurian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Public display of affection and Disgust

Hey friend, please give me a hand on watching the recent edits by user:Cold Season ([1][2]). This user favors Chinese culture and is deleting the content that is related "disgusting" Chinese culture, but specifically single out Manchu and Japanese ones. All the sources he is citing about Manchus actually came from one - Shirokogorov's, Social Organization of the Manchus: A Study of the Manchu Clan Organization which is based on Shirokogorov's visit to Northern Manchuria (not all Manchus) in 1900s and is obviously out of date, too. He has been doing this for years, so he will be doing this back and forth. Thanks!--Šolon (talk) 05:28, 8 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
