Hello. In Seccotine (adhesive), you mentioned " Etablissements Martin, of Paris, which was already manufacturing in France under licence, acquired the trade marks for use in what were then the EEC countries, and certain other scheduled territories."

My father AJ Barrington Orr, was Chairman of the manufacturer of Seccotine - McCaw,Stevenson & Orr Ltd. The information regarding the sale of the Seccotine business in 1968 was contained in the Chairman's Statement of the Annual Report & Accounts 1968-69. Unfortunately this is not available to view online. Njorr.
