I WAS NOT trying to disrupt Wikipedia I was trying to remove MY picture from 12 Monkeys that WAS NOT given permission to use MY fan made picture 4 their page and IS NOT the property of syfy by any means.I have no problem helping add factual information to the wiki site or pictures as long proper credit is given and factual information is given as well. I DO have a problem with some 1 using my work and trying to pass it off as theirs or someone else's #CopyrightInfringment that is all I was trying to do is remove what was man that the person DID NOT have my permission to use what so ever. YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT LAW THIS IS NOT YOUR PICTURE 4 12 Monkeys OR PROPERTY OWNER OF THIS PICTURE. THIS PICTURE BELONGS TO ME AND YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE IT Niteangelnc (talk) 20:49, 20 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

your reason here Niteangelnc (talk) 21:29, 20 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You have provided no evidence for your claim below, and need to do so. A link to your twitter post would be a good place to start. Yamla (talk) 21:41, 20 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Unblocking. I was trying to have my picture that the person who created 12 Monkeys wiki site added. The picture is a fanmade picture NOT property of Syfy. I PERSONALLY made that photo during the first season of 12 Monkeys and shared it via my @angels_daughter Twitter account. I DID NOT authorize permission to the person to use MY work for their use. I DO NOT have a problem with helping build informative information on wiki as long as it is CORECT FACTS and proper credit of pictures or information and will be more than glad to contribute to wiki in that regards. I WAS NOT trying to disrupt the wiki building process Niteangelnc (talk) 21:29, 20 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Note that you'll also have to demonstrate that you created the monkey image rather than, say, taking the monkey image from the show. --Yamla (talk) 21:46, 20 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
Actually, that image clearly appears in this video, as has already been pointed out to you, so your claim is entirely bogus. --Yamla (talk) 21:50, 20 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
So help me god, I checked your twitter. You joined twitter in May, 2015. That image was uploaded to Wikipedia on 2015-01-20. That is, January, 2015. Four months before you joined twitter. Season 1 finished airing on April 10, 2015, a month before you even joined twitter. The first substantially similar image you posted to twitter was this one, posted in May, 2017. This is well over two years after the image in question was uploaded to Wikipedia and well over two years since SyFy posted it to YouTube. Heck, it's more than two years after the first season finished airing. --Yamla (talk) 22:05, 20 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

To clarify things I have more than 1 Twitter account 2 Twitter DOES NOT keep photos longer than 2yrs especially if you tweet alot 3 it is the same picture I used 4 1 of 12monkeys contest and won with.. And which I Also have on my facebook graphics page and was used by syfy in opening credits I also have witnesses who have seen me make & seen my works I've created during tweets 4 12monkeys so you can say I didn't when I have all the physical proofs including Step by Step saves of the picture process. But that's fine I know I made it & I know they used my fanart & others know my work and thats all that matters to me have a good life Niteangelnc (talk) 02:41, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

If it's for a contest you probably signed away your rights when you entered it. You should read the rules. --Tarage (talk) 04:48, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
You said, "I PERSONALLY made that photo during the first season of 12 Monkeys and shared it via my @angels_daughter Twitter account". You are now changing your story and saying it posted it to a different twitter account, but provided no evidence. It's also not true that twitter only keeps images for 2 years. For example, twitter still has pictures I posted in 2011. Finally, you said "I PERSONALLY made that photo during the first season of 12 Monkeys" but now have changed your story to say that you created it prior to the airing of the first season and SyFy used your fanart when the show first aired. --Yamla (talk) 12:01, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

This is my Facebook page it's on as well https://www.facebook.com/NPGraphics/ Niteangelnc (talk) 02:45, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Link directly to the image, updated prior to 2015-01-20, or stop wasting our time. I see for example, you may be talking about this image. But that was uploaded in April, 2018. It provides absolutely no evidence whatsoever that you created the image prior to 2015-01-17. Indeed, all of the images on that Facebook page were uploaded in May, 2015 or later, and the vast majority contain other people's copyright. If your very next edit does not provide specific evidence of your claims, I will revoke your talk page access to prevent further trolling and to prevent you wasting any more of our time. --Yamla (talk) 12:01, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

I have a total of 5 twitter accounts 1 that I don't use anymore cuz of issue with other fans of a different TV show of he said she said. 2 I didn't lie about the picture was used during a compition during the airing of the show. You wanted more proof that's all I was trying to do is give more proof. Niteangelnc (talk) 12:25, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

As you refused to provide the required evidence, I have now revoked your talk page access. --Yamla (talk) 13:20, 21 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
