Links?

I originally included a link to Wikipedia:Cleanup (see this) but I removed it as it seemed a bad idea. For starters, it's perhaps a bit of a link overload. Also, WP:C is not particularly noob friendly and surely they are our primary target? Also, for existing articles, I've kept it at random articles but would the articles needing cleanup cat be better?
